Frequently Asked Questions

We have put together some answers to the most common questions that applicants ask us. We hope that these help you. If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Can I exit and save the application form to return at another time?

Yes. When starting an application you will be asked to create a password so you can log back into the application form using your email address and password. You can also login to the system to review the status of your application once submitted. Please keep your password somewhere safe!

Can I apply for multiple courses?

Long courses: Please apply for one course only. If you wish to be considered for multiple courses, please let this be known in your personal statement and we can discuss this further in your interview.

Short courses: You can book onto multiple courses.

The course I want to apply for is unavailable. Does that mean it’s full?

If the course you wish to apply for is unavailable, it means that it is either full or not yet open for applications. More information about when you can apply for a course can be found on the course information page on our website www.condenastcollege.ac.uk, or email admissions@condenastcollege.ac.uk

Can I apply without having completed my IELTS?

You can apply without your IELTS certificate (if this is a requirement of the course you are applying for) however we will not be able to enroll you on a course without receiving this, so please send it in as soon as you have it. (You can return to your application and upload this at a later date.)

Can I apply without uploading a copy of my academic transcripts/certificates?

No, you must upload a copy of your academic transcripts/certificates with your application form.

How long until I hear back about my application?

This varies for each type of course:

Short courses: Your place is confirmed as soon as you have successfully paid the tuition fee.

Summer course: You will hear back one to two weeks after you have submitted the application.

Long courses: As soon as you have submitted the application you will be sent the instructions for the next stage of the application process (College Challenge or portfolio/reference submission). Once we receive this, we may invite you for an interview, and you will learn the status of your application shortly after.

How do I start my application?

Go to https://voguecollegelondon.heiapply.com/application/register and complete the form, keeping note of your email address and password that you used.

How do I log in to my account?

Goto https://voguecollegelondon.heiapply.com/application/login and put in your email address and password that you used to register your account with.

What if I forget my password?

Use the forgotten password feature https://voguecollegelondon.heiapply.com/application/forgot. We will identify you and send the password securely to your registered email address, or give you access to reset your password.Can I edit after submitting my application form?No. Once you have submitted we review the information that you have provided. We may ask you for more information, but you can't edit your application.

Can I track my application after submitting?

Yes, just log in and use Application Tracker in the Quicklinks menu.

I have submitted my application. What happens next?

Our team will check that your application form is completed and that the required supporting documents have been provided. While we endeavour to process all completed application forms within 10 days, please note this may take longer during busier periods.

Can I contact someone about my application?

Yes, if you have any questions during the admissions process please get in touch with us via the Communication Inbox in your Quicklinks Menu once you login.

What is the maximum file upload size?

Maximum upload size is 10 megabytes. Any files larger than 10 megabytes should be uploaded to personal or public online storage facilities and a link provided in the comments section as a portfolio link. Accepted File types: doc,xls, pdf, jpeg/jpg
